Dish Research Group implements Rigorous Field Quality Protocols in all the stages of field operations – maintaining an overall quality on projects.

Field Work Stage
- All interviewers are accompanied by team leaders for first 2 days . In case the project is more than 2 weeks than 2 round of accompanied is done in 2nd week.
- 100 % scrutiny of all completed interviews by a specialized team of scrutinizers & 20 % q’res re-scrutinized by the supervisors.
- Minimum 25 % of every interviewer’s work is randomly selected and back checked either in person or through telephone by the supervisors. Only if found satisfactory would they be considered as complete and valid interviews.
Reporting to Client
- We provide the client with regular progress reports, throughout the duration of the study, as desired.
- A reporting format is designed as per the requirement of the study.
Data Delivery
We deliver the data in Excel or SPSS, as desired in the format provided by the client. |
